3.2 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

We recommend using a trackable international shipping method with insurance. Clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to potentially avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during international return shipping.

7. Cancellations

7.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at notifyuse@quaktorxuidroz.world. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the product.

7.2 Cancellation Refunds

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

8.1 Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the refused package, we will process a refund minus:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
  • A restocking fee of 15% of the product price

8.2 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs. Alternatively, you may request a refund minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns in the following circumstances:

Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount. We will notify you of any applicable restocking fees before processing your refund.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Once a package is delivered to the address you provided, the risk of loss transfers to you.
